    There are a few very minor, soft, handling creases in the margins of the sheet.
    This print was bound into Volume 2 of The North American Indian as evidenced by the remnants of adhesive at the left margin edge of the sheet.

    This print is in very good condition overall.
    There is a tissue transfer mark at the left and lower margin edge of the sheet, which is typical in Curtis' volume photogravures.
    This print was bound into Volume 8 of The North American Indian as evidenced at the left margin edge of the sheet.

    There is a tissue transfer mark at the left and lower margin edge of the sheet, which is typical in Curtis' volume photogravures.
    There are some minor handling creases in the margins of the sheet. (The image area is not affected.)
