SHIPPING RELEASE
Buyers are required to provide written authorization by submitting a signed shipping release and waiver of liability form, included with our invoice, in order to release property to the third party shipper of Buyer’s choice. Purchases cannot be shipped or released until payment is received in full. Once you have made shipping or pickup arrangements, please complete our shipping release.

Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee and can be made over the phone during normal business hours (M-F, 10AM-5PM MST). Checks may be mailed to the address below. Wire Instructions are also available on request. If you bid through the platform Live Auctioneers, payment will be automatically captured after 72 hours, unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
Note: Artworks will be soft-wrapped by the Santa Fe Art Auction. Arrangements for pick up must be made within 2 weeks post sale via email or telephone. Please note that artwork for pickup does not come soft-wrapped; we offer soft-wrap service starting at $5/lot.
Note: *Santa Fe Art Auction is required to collect sales tax for goods sold to residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wyoming and Washington.
